Home Clearing and Blessing:

The price for a home clearing and blessing will depend on the size of the home and land (if any), as well as the severity of the situation, and how far we will have to travel to get to you. But as a general ballpark scale, probably about $100 for a nearby condo that you just bought and haven’t moved into yet, and several hundred for a large property with outbuildings if you want them all cleared and blessed. A long drive will raise the price as well (we are currently located in Sterling, VA), and several of the items below are also available as add-on services.

Generally we begin with an herbal incense blend for clearing, and another after that for blessing, but we’ll bring a number of tools and will work intuitively, doing what is needed to break up stagnant energies and to flush out and remove energies that aren’t compatible with the client’s needs and intentions for the space. For those sensitive to smoke or who have sensitive pets, we can use sprays made with water or rubbing alcohol bases instead, or sound clearing, or salt sweeping. Ward-Building Consultation and Ritual

If you struggle with building wards around your home, office, or vehicle, we can help! We offer two distinct options: 1) a consultation over the phone, zoom, or instant messenger where we help you design a system that will play to your strengths, or 2) a house call where we come and help you design and set them up in a hands-on ritual and then discuss upkeep methods that will work for you.

This can also be an add-on to a house clearing and blessing ritual. The ritual pricing is based on the size of the property and the complexity of the warding, but is generally comparable to the pricing for a home blessing and cleansing, unless done together with that other ritual, in which case it will likely be an additional 50% of the original price. (For example, if you were quoted $100 for a house cleansing and blessing and you’ve decided you want us to help you set wards as well, the new quote will be $150.) Land Spirit or Local Fair Folk Connection Rituals

These are two separate rituals, but are often done alongside each other, and the general outline is the same for both. First, we will do a small offering ritual, inviting either the Land Spirits or Fair Folk to join us. Then, one of us (likely Alexandra) will enter trance to attempt to secure a line of communication, in order to get a feeling for how willing they are to connect with the client. If they are willing, we will enchant an object as a focus, to allow for easier communication. We will also request a name or term that the spirit(s) would like to be known by, and will convey any message they have to the client. At that time, the client may also ask a few questions of the spirit(s). This would be a good time to ask about any parts of the property that seem “off”, or any recent unusual occurrences. Pricing will depend on whether the client wishes to do both rituals or just one, how large the property is, and how many questions need to be asked of the spirit(s). Spellwork Consultation

We don’t do spellwork for others very often, but we’re more than happy to be a sounding board and assist with designing a working! As Alexandra does most of the spellwork around here, she will handle the consultation, drawing upon her own practice and experience as well as our extensive library to suggest methodologies, supplies and tools, ingredients, and more! We’ll talk through the process of developing a working, including clarifying intent, deciding on a type of spell, choosing a method of targeting, understanding the importance of timing, creating physical items if any are used, using processes of enchantment and casting, understanding how to improve your self-protection when doing banework, and what to look for to see if it’s successful. If desired, we can also schedule a follow-up consultation to check in on the working a few weeks later. Consultation pricing is hourly, at approx $48/hr in 15-minute increments.

Otherworldly Spirit Activity Consultation

This consultation is for those who think they have run afoul of the Fair Folk or other Otherworldly Beings. This is not for ghosts, as that is not really our forte, though if you’re unsure what kind of spirit you’re being bothered by, go ahead and request a discovery call. This particular consult requires a discovery call before scheduling every single time. We need to know what’s going on, in detail, and Alexandra will have to discuss with her own allies to see if anything can be done before we schedule the consult itself. During the consult, we will discuss what the client has experienced, what Alexandra has learned on her own, and then additional divination and/or trancework may be necessary to find solutions and seek agreements from the Otherworldly Beings. Paying the consultation fee does not guarantee that the problem will be easily resolved; this is only for advice on how to proceed. It is very likely that the amicable resolution will require effort on the part of the client, and a failure to follow through on advice given may result in negative outcomes. Even in the case of an amicable resolution, more work may be required to restore luck and health to the client. Please know that we take this very seriously.
